Today

I just want people to know that I did remember today. I did remember 9/11. I'm conflicted about how much I should write on here for personal reasons. But I want you to know that I did remember and I am proud to be an American.

Everyone has their own ways of remembering things. The choice of whether to do it publicly or not is yours and yours alone.

I didn't write anything on my blog today either, but that doesn't mean I haven't been thinking about it all day long, remembering and reliving that horrific day.

thanks for your thought that you shared with me. Quite the day, huh. Here in Sandy, they have two arces called "The Healing Fields" with a flag for each person that died, and on each flag are all the names of those who died. I just got home from driving by there. You can't do it without a HUGE lump in your throat!

funny, i was the same way. i am not sure why i chose to write about it today, maybe it was something about letting go of the memories. anyway thanks for stopping by mine, and thank GOD your friend is ok. I am sure that must be a difficult thing for her to look back on.

I didn't want to write anything either. I just posted a remembrance. It's hard for me to put how I feel into words, you know?

On a lighter note, did you call your Dad for his belated belated birthday?

I didn't write about it either. Sometimes things left unsaid is best. We all remember, we all greive but we do it in our own way.
