This put basketball November-February with breaks already because of Holidays.Mom not Mum (Sandy)https://www.blogger.com/profile/16342355588737699494noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6368919919776015255.post-35029522161066637432007-11-06T21:42:00.000-07:002007-11-06T21:42:00.000-07:00My dd plays on the 6th grade team this year.. 3 pr...My dd plays on the 6th grade team this year.. 3 practices though the week and then games on saturday mornings.. UNLESS one of the towns they are playing that week can't get the gym on saturday.. UGH..<BR/>At least it doesn't happen too often.. Last year in 5th grade they played 8 weeks and only had two sunday games and at least the people made them for the afternoon after AM church and before PM church so she was able to still play in them. Don't know what the games are looking like yet for this year.. The games don't start till the 1st weekend of January.KChttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10494722944439990833noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6368919919776015255.post-58278689362284850242007-11-06T20:23:00.000-07:002007-11-06T20:23:00.000-07:00We just started basketball here in our house too -...We just started basketball here in our house too - had a game tonight. I would be complaining, and try to get some of my money back, and you're more than likely right, that it won't make one bit of difference.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6368919919776015255.post-50671391085079197542007-11-06T09:35:00.000-07:002007-11-06T09:35:00.000-07:00I think I'd complain *again* and at least try to g...I think I'd complain *again* and at least try to get some money back for the dates when the kids are missing the games.Jennifer @ Fruit of My Handshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11479983078312955832noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6368919919776015255.post-70530118406930852522007-11-06T09:29:00.000-07:002007-11-06T09:29:00.000-07:00I absolutely hate things like this. My daughter's softball team that WAS NOT a traveling team and only played on Saturdays (which is why we signed her up) turned into a traveling team that plays on different, random times throughout the week. And cost 95 dollars! Nice.Snizhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12609352449272402863noreply@blogger.com
